Marketing, Communication, & Events Executive

Purpose of the role:The successful candidate will have experience managing a team of maintenance operatives. You will not only be hands-on but can also take ownership of planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), paperwork and general facilities oversight.The post-holder will be responsible for driving a high-quality customer experience in relation to the speed and quality of the service provided to reported faults and the general condition, state and repair of the property.Main Duties: <ul><li>Work alongside the property team to ensure responsive, high quality reactive maintenance with a focus on exceptional customer service is delivered to residents, and throughout the Property, at all times.</li><li>To prioritize and manage all work orders and the allocation of maintenance tasks to ensure these are closed off in a timely manner.</li><li>To provide a knowledgeable assessment of works conducted by external contractors and confirm works have been completed to a high standard</li><li>To carry out maintenance including on the spot repairs, works related to plumbing (fix leaks; unclog drains; fixture replacement); electrical items (light fixture replacement and outlet repair, smoke and CO" maintenance); carpentry tasks; painting and finishing; appliance maintenance and repair; and other tasks required across the building.</li><li>Accountability for maintenance, and compliance checks as well as ensuring complete storage of servicing certification and servicing partners' compliance documents.</li><li>Provide advice and recommendations on issues relating to the management of facilities and health &amp; safety.</li><li>Provide immediate assistance in the event of incident or emergency, when requested by the Property Manager.</li><li>Support and promote proactive sustainability practices within the property.</li><li>To act as the point of contact for locally delivered FM activities including hygiene risk assessments, health &amp; safety audits, and other external inspections.</li></ul>For further details, please reach out with an updated version of your CV.
